**Your new role**
As the
**Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist** you will drive commercial outcomes through execution of omni-channel marketing strategies across the groups product lines. In collaboration with the team and Senior Managers you will be responsible for lead generation and customer/user on-boarding and activation, sales and product collateral, campaign strategy and management, events and business-wide marketing requests. You will be highly familiar with Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), brand management and go-to-market strategies. The ultimate goal is for the CRO Specialist to develop and implement highly profitable, ROI driven plans that position and promote the Reapit ANZ brands as the best end-to-end solution for growth-focused real estate agencies in Australia and New Zealand.
**Responsibilities and duties also include -**
- Contribute to quarterly campaign plans across Reapit ANZ products and coordinate execution and reporting
- Optimise conversion rate throughout the marketing and sales funnels, including but not limited to landing pages, website and digital advertising
- Testing and tracking your campaigns performance and evaluate ROI for management reporting
- Write compelling direct response copy that converts across marketing channels based on customer insights gained through your own research
- Research, experiment and employ a ‘Lean testing’ methodology to analyse the success of new campaigns
- Leading lifecycle process design, performance measurement and continuous improvement with assistance from key stakeholders.
**About you**
You will have a diverse Marketing background and be ‘full-stack’ in nature to enable you to write, plan, execute and evaluate broad company wide marketing strategies. You’re the kind of person who enjoys a fast-paced and collaborative team environment. Developing relationships comes easily because you are open minded, have a positive outlook and are easy to deal with. You like to laugh and don’t take yourself too seriously, but at the same time you manage to be professional and ethical. You work hard to foster collaborative and communicative relationships with cross functional teams and external stakeholders.
**You will be successful if you have**
- 5-7 years of broad commercial Marketing experience.
- Degree in Marketing/Communications or similar field.
- SAAS/Technology/Property or Real Estate Industry experience - preferred but not essential.
- Proven success in generating leads and driving them down the marketing sales funnel
- Experience working with B2B sales teams to improve conversions and optimise process performance
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) and a strong drive to help customers with creative solutions.
- Experience using data analysis and visualisation tools such as data studio, excel, sheets etc
- Experience and knowledge in Google Analytics, Facebook, LinkedIn, Wordpress and Google Adwords
- Previous experience executing automated marketing campaigns using Sales software products or CRM’s including Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot or Hubspot
