To help us on our current growth trajectory, we are seeking a Digital Performance Specialist to join our close-knit and high performing team in our Brisbane Head Office.

**The Role**:
Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the paid search, paid social, display and programmatic activity across the business.

You will be provided with the autonomy to maintain and evolve digital performance marketing activities.

You will have ownership of website conversion rate optimisation. Add real value in an autonomous role with the ability to influence.

You will be part of a fun, outgoing and collaborative team of 7.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Implement and maintain the paid search activity in accordance with industry best practices.
- Assist in driving and developing long-term strategies to continue strong performance results.
- Create and implement a continued conversion rate optimization testing plan across the website.
- Collaborate and work closely with the website developers and external conversion rate optimization providers.
- Analyse and report on-site website performance to the business.
- Liaise with external tech partners to increase performance

**About You**:

- A strong grasp of Google ads, SA360 and the full Google Marketing platform.
- Confidence in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
- Experience with Google Optimize or other website CRO platforms.
- Solid experience across Meta advertising.
