**About the Opportunity**

This is a unique role requiring a dynamic individual who is the Subject Matter Expert in Content Load and Optimisation and the systems supporting it in the Australian business.

The capability owner is a specialist in their field, sitting in the Global Supply team and providing support to internal and external businesses. They are responsible for driving an increase in productivity, efficiencies and additional revenue to the business through content load and optimisation, handling third level support escalations and for delivering proactive and preventative support, through understanding key support drivers and levers to improve consultant, support agent and offshore partner knowledge.

**What you will need**:

- Minimum of 4 to 5 Yrs Travel industry experience is essential
- Experience working with GDS systems, including content loading and/or revenue optimisation tools
- Comprehensive knowledge in ticketing workflows
- 1-2 Yrs Leadership experience
- Effective communication skills
- Innovative and a forward thinker
- Self-motivated
- High attention to detail
