**Your new role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Manager to join our high performing team based in Malaga. Reporting to the Business Unit Sales Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the management, target achievement and development of a key team of Sales personnel within the defined region. This will include:

- Attaining new business, full account management of non-key account customer revenue, retention and profitability
- Accountable for communicating organizational and strategic goals and objectives
- Ongoing management of the team’s opportunity
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Key Accounts
- Preparing and submitting regular market intelligence, tender activities and competitor activity reports
- Managing a dynamic team of Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers, including coaching and mentoring responsibilities

**Skills and experience**
- Team management experience
- Experience in the field, managing large accounts, tendering, contract review and interpretation
- Ability to manage time and competing priorities
- Risk profiling and mitigation
- Strong negotiations skills and customer service ethics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

**Desirable however not essential**
- Tertiary qualification within business/ marketing
- Experience within Northern WA and Northern Territory high regarded
- Previous waste management experience
