Your day-to-day responsibilities:- Talking directly with medical professionals- Supporting order entry to meet cut-off times- Collaborating with colleagues across customer care, manufacturing, inventory and sales- Being the first point of contact for CC when required

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in pharmaceutical, medical, FMCG or similar industries- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Fast, accurate data entry skills- Strong problem-solving abilities- High attention to detail- Confidence with MS Office (experience with Navision or Salesforce is a bonus)- A positive “can-do” attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
