At GN, we are passionate about our Customer Experience, and there's never been a more exciting time to join us We have recently secured a government tender - the largest audiology tender in Australia. As a result, the size of our business will double, and we are therefore looking for customer care superstars to help ensure continuity of our best-in-class service
As a member of our customer care team, your responsibilities will include:
- Talking directly to medical professionals
- Order entry within cut off times
- Maintaining communication across manufacturing, inventory, sales and customer care
- Talking directly to patients when required, being the first point of contact
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a Customer Service Representative role - ideally in the Pharmaceutical, Medical, FMCG industry or similar
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Fast, accurate data entry skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Competent in the use of MS Office
- Experience with Navision and/or Salesforce will be highly regarded but not essential
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player with a positive “can do” attitude, be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. At GN, we put the customer at the heart of everything we do - and we expect that you will too
