- Design, develop, and implement our data lake and Azure data platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our organization and drives innovation and efficiency across all aspects of our operations.
- Lead a team of data engineers and data scientists in the design and development of data solutions using Azure data platform services, including Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL Database.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of data in our data lake and Azure data platform, and work closely with stakeholders to identify and address any data-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop data solutions that meet the needs of our organization, and ensure that they are integrated into our overall data architecture.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies, and provide guidance and support to ensure that all data-related activities are in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in our data platform and data-related processes, and stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the data space.

**Requirements**:

- Full working rights in Australia and Brisbane Based.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions using Azure data platform services.
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing data lake solutions using Azure Data Lake Storage.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL Database.
- Proven track record of successfully leading data engineering and data science teams in the design and development of data solutions.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
