**Your new company**

You will be working for a retail management company, which sits under a larger, diversified property group. Since it's conception over 20 years ago, the company has experienced significant growth over the years, and its portfolio of projects extend across the residential, commercial, retail and hospitality spaces.

**Your new role**

The Casual Leasing Coordinator is responsible for selling casual leasing and pop-up contracts across two shopping centres. You will aim to generate the maximum income possible, by bringing in new clients as well as ensuring repeat business from the existing customer base. This role is available as a full time or part time position, and offers work from home opportunities.

**Key duties will include**
- Sourcing new clients
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Producing correspondence including letters and promotional publications
- Ensuring full understanding of leasing terms and conditions
- Generating casual mall leasing contracts
- Running reports
