**About the role**:
Curious? As Client Support Analyst you will:

- Drive QIC’s Client Engagement Framework in collaboration with the Managing Director and Client Directors with the objective to set strategy for each client, define the action plan and monitor activities, and report on insights and outcomes.
- Track, capture, monitor and maintain accurate client/consultant information, tasks, insights, activities, requests, and investor communication preference and engagement plans in CRM.
- Develop and refine processes to capture key client insights via databases, client interactions, conferences, news articles and annual reports.
- Ensure value additive client and consultant meetings through coordination, preparation and distribution of briefing notes and agendas.
- Support timely completion of client requests, deliverables, and meeting action items through coordinated and active engagement with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with peers to execute consistent global client processes, deliver ongoing improvements to our client operating model and overall team ways of working.

**About You**

You are a self-starter, with a track record of responsiveness and displaying initiative. You are someone who enjoys problem solving. You will be known for your drive and professionalism and ability to “think, question and challenge” with a client-led and commercial mindset.

You will bring:

- Familiarity with relationship management processes and systems within a business environment, or processes relating to business development, and client relationships.
- Keen interest in financial services and investment management industries; an understanding of investment management, institutional processes and terminology is an advantage.
- Undergraduate degree with preference for business/finance or marketing concentration.
- Self-motivated to conduct research and build processes around the use of client information.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for greater improvement and efficiency and create, refine, and embed process in collaboration with a team to better meet client or business needs.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Sharepoint, Word and PowerPoint)
- Experience in using Client Relationship Management systems and reporting tools (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) is an advantage.
