**About the role**
We currently have a vacancy for a Client Delivery Analyst in our Client Delivery team in Brisbane for an initial contract period of 12 months.
The role is key in supporting the provision of high-quality information to clients and consultants globally, including the preparation and delivery of client materials, reports, data and responding to queries in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
The Client Delivery Analyst provides support to all Client Delivery activities across QIC’s global client base, with a primary focus on regular client deliverables across QIC asset classes including State Investments, Liquid Markets Group, infrastructure, real estate, private equity and private debt.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Production and delivery of client reports for QICs products and strategies.
- Execute processes to support client deliverables across asset classes including, distributions, transactions, and other key operational activities.
- Preparation of and/or coordination across QIC teams to produce client deliverables in order to meet the delivery of key reporting obligations to clients, including client reports, client presentations, data requests, audit requests, operational action items from client meetings, due diligence meetings and RFP input where required.
- Preparation and collation of data for regular updates to asset consultant databases, client or market surveys and ad hoc/bespoke internal and external reporting data requests.
- Responsible for supporting quality assurance processes and checks, that can be asset class specific, for key inputs for meeting our client reporting deliverables.
- Work with internal teams to ensure that reporting data for client and consultant deliverables is up to date and signed off.
- Work closely with investment teams on finalising asset class specific data (where applicable) to assist with collation and finalisation of content for client reporting and data submissions.
**About you**
You will be a highly organised and motivated individual who is naturally inquisitive, enjoys working in both a collaborative team environment but is also equally happy to work autonomously when required, actively seeking out information at the source. You will also have:
- Tertiary qualification in Financial Services or other relevant areas.
- Demonstrated previous experience in a similar deadline orientated environment within asset management, with experience interfacing with institutional clients. Experience in multi-tasking and prioritising, with a high degree of flexibility and confidence, in a high pressure and time-sensitive environment.
- Good stakeholder management skills, including demonstrated ability to foster a variety of diverse internal and external relationships to actively collaborate and manage expectations and drive positive outcomes (e.g. ability to build direct relationships with Investment Teams and Portfolio Managers.)
- Experience in multi-tasking and prioritising, with high degree of flexibility and confidence, in a high pressure and time-sensitive environment.
- Strong attention to detail, data management, and analytical skills, capable of interrogating data inputs and performing quality assurance to ensure accuracy.
- Strong process skills. Ability to identify areas for greater improvement, to help create, refine, and embed processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to more efficiently better meet client or business needs. Ability to leverage technologies to drive efficiencies and automate preferred.
