**About The Role**:
As an Analyst your position will be broad and dynamic and play an integrated role across all functions of CSC to deliver on corporate, client and growth activities and ensure QIC has a cohesive global client operating model.

Key Accountabilities will include:

- Support QIC’s global distribution efforts, which will include supporting our Fundraising Datarooms through the proactive management of documents, global investor user access, regular insight reporting, and aligned governance tools and processes
- Execute core processes that support our data and analytics including gathering, cleansing and processing of data, and ongoing monitoring of report and dashboard performance
- Provide support for continued evolution of CSC business tools, processes and governance
- Support the Business Solution team in a wide range of business management activities on behalf of CSC which may include aspects of operational due diligence, risk management and information security updates and initiatives
- Providing user training for key processes and platforms used by the CSC team including business insights tools, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), datarooms as well as wider CSC team processes and operations.

**About You**:
You are naturally curious and a problem solver, with a keen business interest and are confident with data. You hold graduate credentials in a Finance or Business discipline, paired with your 1-2 years of experience in a Funds Management or Financial Services organisation (or exposure via internships or other relevant avenues).

You will also present with:

- Data science and analytics skills - capable of interrogating data inputs, understanding database structures, and performing quality assurance to ensure accuracy. Includes use of Data Analytics platforms (i.e. Microsoft Power BI, Tableu or similar)
- Broad understanding of financial markets, funds management - domestically and/ internationally (ideally).
- Strong time management and planning ability
- Experience in Client Relationship Management tools (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail including written and verbal communication skills in a business context
- Highly motivated quick learner who demonstrates initiative and ability to “think, question and challenge”
- Demonstrated interest or skill in business process efficiency and improvement
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite (Sharepoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Ability to create productive internal relationships by proactive engagement with stakeholders to achieve outcomes aligned to strategy or activities
