**The Role**
As a result of internal movements, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administration officer to work within the Workplace Rehabilitation and Health Division.
This a permanent position, located in our national HQ in Gosford servicing our national Workplace Rehabilitation & Health team of 60+ employees.
Our WRH team works to deliver employees and employers a safe and durable return to work plan under the under various insurance schemes. If you are passionate about fostering a healthy work environment and helping individuals thrive, this opportunity is for you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing incredible communication and customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
- Overseeing the general WRH administration inboxes and Administration Portal
- Processing WRH referrals
- Using Excel to complete weekly reporting requirements
- Driving new initiatives and work practices
**Role Requirements**:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to attend to incoming queries, issues and to effectively deal with the needs of clients as they arise
