Our client, who is a well-known brand in the Australian Market has engaged us to recruit a number of Change Partners to join a large Workplace Transformation Project on a fixed term contract basis of 18mths. There are many benefits to this role, firstly reporting in to an amazing and inspirational Change Director who is passionate about growth and development and will coach, mentor and support. They have a collaborative and supportive culture and broader Change Practice of highly skilled Change Practitioners to continue learning and grow with.

The program is a large multi-year transformation and does have many stakeholder groups to navigate, they require someone who can work autonomously at times and has very strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills is a must. They are based in amazing, newly refurbished offices in the heart of the city and are very flexible with hybrid working 1-2 days in office and WFH. There may be some travel required around Sydney required at times.

**Essential**:

- Proven experience in dedicated change management / Analysis roles, with preferred experience on Workplace Transformation or Relocation but not mandatory
- Demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret results to support agility in the delivery of change management
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- Sound demonstrated knowledge and experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to shift from creative thinker to hands on delivery and support.
- Flexible and adaptable; operates with a 'can do' attitude.
- Demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies including Agile.
- The demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team to move towards a common goal or vision.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of initiative.
- Sound and accurate IT and keyboard skills, with the ability to develop intuitive tools and templates, presentations and reports.
