**Job Summary**:
VR Distribution is Australia’s leading distributor of board games, accessories, toys, collectibles and licensed products. We offer thousands of unique products for the toy and hobby gaming industry.

Join our passionate team in the world of tabletop games Reporting to the Finance Manager, we're seeking an Admin Assistant to support our finance and operations teams with a mix of accounts payable, EDI processing, and general administrative tasks.

**What does this role Involve**:
- Processing and reconciling accounts payable using Xero and our in house B2B platform
- Assisting electronic data interchange (EDI) processing for retail orders
- Assisting with EDI and Amazon claims
- Supporting daily admin functions including data entry, order documentation and reporting
- Assisting with finance and supplier queries
- Coordinating with internal teams to support workflow and customer requirements
**What are we looking for**:
- Previous experience in admin, finance, or operations support
- Experience with Xero (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Confidence with Microsoft Excel and standard office systems
- A team player with great communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Interest in tabletop games is a bonus, but not essential
