**Exciting Opportunity: Tooling and Equipment Specialist for a Full-Time Role based at the Brisbane Hanger. **y**ou’**ll be an excellent fit for this role if you possess a positive attitude, a strategic mindset, and strong capabilities in data analysis and supplier management. We value a mature approach, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As a Tooling and Equipment Specialist, you'll be responsible for overseeing the availability, cost, and compliance of tooling and equipment. Your role involves identifying issues, recommending solutions through data analysis, and managing TME maintenance requirements and suppliers.

**You’ll be great in this role if you**:

- Hold a Valid State Drivers Licence - Ability to hold an ASIC - Ability to hold an ADA Level 2
- Tertiary or equivalent qualifications relevant to the role, or relevant trade qualification

**Experience**
- Minimum 1 years’ aviation experience across relevant operations. Extensive experience in a similar role in another sector will also be considered.
- Previous experience in managing aviation maintenance tooling, support equipment and aviation facilities is highly regarded
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship management, and problem-solving skills - Ability to research and identify continuous improvement opportunities and execute on recommendations and reduce costs
- High level service delivery and demonstrated understanding of customer service principles - Demonstrated safety and quality management skills. - Very strong administrative skills including intermediate level MS Office suite
- Ability to design maintenance processes to support safe and efficient operations knowledge
- Working knowledge of tooling, maintenance equipment and facility equipment used across industries, preferably aviation
- Understanding of aviation related regulations including regulatory frameworks (i.e. CASA/EASA) will be highly regarded
- Good knowledge of job/instruction card development based on OEM and industries standards to ensure safety requirements are achieved
