**Key Responsibilities**:

- To manage Logistic Sales and Business Development in Air, Ocean, Local Transportation and Warehousing
- To deliver presentations towards customers in Australia, and initiate regular business trips for such sales activities
- Promote existing customers’ retention, cross-selling and upselling
- To Build and lead a strong Business Development team, achieve both short-term/ long-term targets (monthly/semi-annual revenue & profit performance review)
- To establish a national supply chain strategy, to ensure that the Team grow quickly to become an absolute top-tier logistics company in South East Asia and Australia
- To closely monitor trends on rates of Air & Ocean freight and work with procurement experts to secure competitive prices and stable space
- To achieve sales target, present the performance in reports and internal regular meetings (weekly/monthly/semi-annually)
- To manage/monitor sound Business Opportunity (Inventory) level of all Sales Team in South East Asia and Australia
- To set up a Go-To-Market strategy by region and make sure the sales activities go in line with the strategy

**Experience**:

- 5 years of experience in logistics
- 5 years of experience in New Business Development/Sales experience
- Leading/Directing/Managing experience in a Global forwarding company
- Experienced in large-scale, long-term contracts and global accounts
- Experienced in logistics IT systems (FIS/WMS/TMS)

**Skills**:

- Logistics Business Development & Sales
- Knowledge about overall logistics business (Air, Ocean, Local Transportation, Warehouse)
- Strong Local transport / Air-industry / Ocean-industry network
- Able to work under pressure where needed
- Ability to lead negotiations, communicate, understand situations and respond in a dedicated manner in all kinds of conditions
- MS Office Advance Level
- High-performing Team Building

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
