Join our dynamic team at Yatsal as a Sales Coordinator In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales department and ensuring exceptional customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent multitasking skills, we want you on our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle reception duties, including answering and transferring phone calls.
- Distribute weekly and monthly sales reports to Account Managers.
- Manage customer credit processes and create credits for customers and representatives.
- Arrange travel bookings and handle related administrative tasks.
- Set up new accounts and provide support in taking and processing orders.
- Manage different types of orders and handle backorder releases.
- Assist with generating stockists and handling related tasks for Account Managers.
- Support various administrative tasks and provide backup for other team members.
- Handle Excel invoice generation, submission form updates, and sample product coordination.

**Required Skills**:

- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Previous experience in a sales coordination role is a plus.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bankstown Aerodrome, NSW 2200: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
