Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant at our Bankstown, NSW location. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team with daily tasks, assisting clients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes organizing documents, maintaining databases, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Sales experience and an understanding of sales processes
  • Excellent Organization Skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in office software and the ability to manage databases
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in real estate or related field is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or real estate are desirable
