Maiden Gully Medical Practice is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy GP clinic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staff scheduling, billing and invoicing, and patient flow.
- Manage and lead a team of clinical and administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Manage accreditation for the clinic.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in GP practice management role.
- Leadership and management skills,
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Best Practice software.
- Knowledge of PRODA.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $34.00 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Medical practice management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
