**Pricing Actuary, Group Insurance (6 month contract)**:

Reporting in to the Head of Group Pricing, this is a contract opportunity to join the team responsible for managing and growing the Group insurance portfolio.

The team work with life insurance clients and support all business functions to provide exceptional service to new and prospective clients.

Your job
- **Pricing for new business and repricing of existing business**:to achieve a competitive and profitable outcome
- **Development of models and processes**:seek** **continuous improvement in model development to promote operational excellence in the pricing team
- **Client Management**:Develop strong external relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Help develop and execute **client strategies** for target clients
- **Market Insights & Industry Presence**:Develop insights into group insurance industry and deliver market insights to support our strategy
- **Risk Management**:Design and implement processes to identify, assess, treat and monitor significant inherent risks, within the other accountabilities of your position
- Contribute to the regular review and updating of the Framework and plans (including Business Impact Analysis)

**Profile**:

- Qualified Actuary (Fellow - FIAA or equivalent international standard)
- 5+ years of life insurance experience including Group Pricing
- Experience with market, regulatory and competitor landscape
- Demonstrated ability to lead group pricing projects and deliver positive outcomes which balance between technical and commercial goals
- Ability to produce high-quality written reports for various audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work with clients
