The Group Insurance team is responsible for managing MRA’s and growing MRA’s group insurance portfolio.

The team works with life insurance clients, and playing an active role in supporting all business functions across MRA to provide exceptional service to new and prospective group insurance clients.

You will report into the Head of Group Pricing.

**Your Role**
- Pricing for new business and repricing of existing business: to achieve a profitable outcome
- Development of models and processes: seek continuous improvement in model development to promote operational excellence in the pricing team
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong external relationships with clients and internal key stakeholders
- Support the development and execution of client strategies for target clients
- Market Insights & Industry Presence: Develop insights into group insurance industry and deliver actionable market insights to support MRA execute its strategy
- Risk Management: Design and implement processes to identify, treat and monitor inherent risks, within the other accountabilities of your position
- Perform risk controls effectively, efficiently and economically, within the other accountabilities of your position
- Contribution to the regular review and updating of the Framework and plans (including Business Impact Analysis)
- Role model individual leadership, and provide guidance and support to more junior team members

**Your Profile**
- Qualified Actuary (Fellow - FIAA or equivalent international standard)
- 5+ years of life insurance experience with exposure in Group Pricing
- Good understanding of market, regulatory and competitor landscape
- Demonstrated abilities to lead group pricing projects and deliver positive outcomes which balance between technical and commercial objectives
- Ability to produce high-quality written reports for various audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work with clients
- Experience in communicating clearly with managers and peers in technical and non-technical terms
