In this role, you will act in a technical actuarial and pricing capacity, supporting the group pricing team. You will deliver routine actuarial tasks and conduct basic actuarial analyses under the supervision of your line manager. With general guidance, you’ll contribute to pricing new and renewal business, help develop effective pricing and rating structures, and support strategies aligned with business objectives.
With appropriate management review, you will coordinate, prepare, and perform actuarial analyses—including loss ratio and premium projections—and consult on actuarial models. You’ll also help manage profit margins for new and renewal business and monitor overall portfolio performance.
Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development, testing, and maintenance of pricing models and tools. Additionally, you will support business-as-usual activities within the group pricing team, such as profit and loss analysis, responding to internal and external queries, and ensuring timely completion of pricing tasks.

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Actuarial Studies, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or other Sciences.
- Proficiency in interpreting complex data, identifying trends, and addressing problems relevant to risk assessment and pricing.
- Knowledge of statistical and actuarial software (such as Excel, R or Python), with familiarity in data analysis tools and modelling techniques.
- Capability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and present findings clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues from various backgrounds to support positive outcomes and a constructive work environment.
