**The Role**

**Your Skills & Experience**
- 2+ years of professional ICT support experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft products, including operating systems such as Windows 10 and MS Office.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Server 2012/2016/2019.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
- Solid hands-on experience with MDM platforms and Endpoint Manager/SCCM.
- Australian Driver’s License
