**The Opportunity**
The Creative Services team provides expertise in producing video, photography, animation, digital and print design work to support internal and external communication.

We are now looking for a Creative Services Officer to assist with a variety of creative projects. Reporting to the Manager, Creative Services, the role combines skills in video production, animation and visual design with a working knowledge of digital and traditional marketing and communications channels, to deliver innovative and effective creative content.

The Creative Services Officer also works collaboratively with teams across the Department to support the planning, development and delivery of creative solutions that convey messaging effectively and improve customer experience, satisfaction and communication outcomes.

**About You**
- Highly creative and detail-oriented.
- Experience in developing creative and innovative communication solutions.
- Able to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality results.
- Experience developing storyboards for both filmed and animated video production, as well as digital and print design.
- Strong communication skills when working with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with diplomacy and maintain confidentiality.
- A portfolio showcasing your creative work and attention to detail.

**Qualifications**
Post secondary qualification in either Video Production, Design, Visual Arts, or a related field will be highly regarded.

**Special Conditions**
- A National Police Check (NPC) which must be renewed every three years.
- A Department for Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check (WWCC) which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.

**Tenure of Vacancy**
Temporary appointment up to 2 years - Multiple vacancies.

**Remuneration**
ASO3 - $67,589 to $72,033 per annum
