**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement cohesive and innovative marketing strategies that align with our brand identity and core values
- Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to produce engaging and effective marketing materials
- Oversee the creation of campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure marketing objectives are met and messages resonate with our target audience
- Continuously refine our visual identity and tone of voice to maintain a strong and consistent brand presence
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Measure the effectiveness of creative campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in a creative leadership role
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design, branding, and campaign work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and engage with diverse teams
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and best practices
- A deep understanding of Voltex's target audience, mission, and unique selling points
- Passion for supporting electricians and a commitment to social and environmental responsibility
