**About the role**:
We are on the hunt for a **Creative Designer** to join **The Studio at SCA**. This role will be responsible for developing innovative and creative presentation solutions, to increase The Studio’s pitch standards and help Account Managers turn their proposals into high quality pitches. You will be a visual storyteller, working with The Studio on the creation of design materials for proactive and reactive pitches.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Being able to turn complex sales solutions into simple to understand messages (e.g. visualise the thought process and pitch proposal, or visualise a campaign and its elements.)
- Creating mocks to support digital campaign ideas for pitches
- Creating high quality PowerPoint design templates and design elements for The Studio team pitches.
- Developing innovative design styles for all design requirements within brand guidelines.
- Receiving verbal and/or written creative briefs, understand requirements and produce finished PowerPoint designs accordingly.
- Quality checking all jobs and ensure all data is correct.
- Making sure all files are set up correctly and are created to industry standard.

**Experience we’re looking for**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a relevant industry environment.
- Strong knowledge of visual design principles.
- Strong skills in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
- Ability to create high quality PowerPoint design templates with transitions.
- Ability to create design elements (e.g. vector, icons etc) to be used in PowerPoint.
- Ability to create mocks to support pitch concepts (e.g. microsite and ad builds to suit a client’s look and feel).
- Ability to work on both a PC and Mac environments
- Demonstrate a proven ability to work with a team to produce the best work possible for SCA’s brands and clients.
- Understanding of persuasive and credible presentation skills
