About the Role
As an Analyst, Risk Systems, you will assist the Senior Advisor, Risk Systems & Processes with supporting the Bank’s Risk Community and ensuring that our Risk Systems and processes are user friendly and continue to enhance the way we manage risk at Suncorp Bank.
**Role Location**: Preferred location is Brisbane, but can consider Sydney or Melbourne
**Role Type**: 12 months contract
What will your day look like?
**As an Analyst, Risk Systems, you will**:
Identify opportunities to create a lean, agile, and scalable service that aligns with the Chief Risk Office (CRO) and Bank’s strategic priorities.
Ensure that Risk systems and processes meet business needs, focusing on system stability and process efficiency.
Foster strong relationships across the Risk Community to support the execution and delivery of the Risk program.
Assist in identifying and delivering solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of core risk practices, contributing to process maturity.
Work closely with key service providers to ensure the effective delivery of Risk systems and capabilities.
Provide support in ensuring effective data management and the continuous improvement of technical capabilities within the Bank’s Risk Community.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Tertiary Qualifications in business, commercial or finance.
Prior experience in financial services
Exceptional organisation and planning skills
Able to build strong relationships in relation to matters involving a wide range of stakeholders
Demonstrates high ethical standards and integrity in all working relationships including being able to maintain strict confidentiality when required
