**CALLING ALL CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS/ CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICERS**

**The Role**:

- Answering customer requests in a timely manner.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures while making and receiving inbound/outbound calls.
- Undertaking assessments of a customer’s financial positions.
- Creating repayment solutions for customers to assist their financial wellbeing.
- Ensuring customer accounts are kept up to date on relevant systems.
- Building and establishing relationships with customers.
- Specific prior experience in the same or similar role for an aligning finance or debt company
- Self-motived and with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great time management skills.
- A fast-paced and results driven attitude.
- Possess foundational knowledge of debt collection.
