SALES DATA ENTRY POSITION
- Permanent, Full Time (38 hours per week)
- Northgate, Brisbane

Queensland Sheet Metal is a sheet metal manufacturing company that produces roofing and rainwater goods. Due to expanding shifts and business, a role has become available in the front office in a sales data entry position. The sales data entry officer will be reporting to the Office Manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Good communication
- Excellent computer & typing skills (Microsoft access an advantage)
- Eye for detail

The date entry officer will work the day shift, Monday to Friday with a small team in the office. The role is largely a data entry role and requires collecting customers orders/quotes and inputting them into the internal system as well as creating the necessary purchase orders.

A multifaceted position the role includes:

- Inputting orders and quotes into an Access program.
- Generating purchase orders/other necessary paperwork for orders.
- Processing credit card payments.
- General administration duties including some filing/paperwork.
