**About the Role**

Hastings Deering is currently recruiting for a Data Entry Administrator (Laboratory Administrator) to be based in our Acacia Ridge office. This is a permanent full time role. We are looking for a proactive and outgoing individual to provide fast and accurate data entry and other administrative support to the Manager and Condition Monitoring Centre Team, as well as assisting with additional organisation and sorting duties within the lab where required.

The key responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:

- Data entry and database maintenance
- Handling customer enquires in a professional and efficient manner
- Preparing reports as directed for distribution
- Accurate customer invoicing in a timely manner
- Managing the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence and initiate follow up actions where necessary
- Performing general administration tasks, e.g. mailing, scanning, laminating, binding, stock control
- Assist with sorting samples within the lab environment

**About You**

You are a team player who will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

- Previous experience in an Administration role
- Touch typist or other ability to enter data at a high speed with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent computer knowledge, working with Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems and data bases
- Proven stakeholder and customer engagement with a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and confidence
- Prior experience working in high pressure environment with the ability to meet tight deadlines
