**Job Overview**:
This is an urgent requirement for a **Data Entry Specialist** with **essential ActiveCampaign experience** to support data management for marketing initiatives. The role involves data entry, segmentation, and optimising data fields to maximise the impact of marketing outreach. Immediate start is required, with potential for additional projects in the New Year.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform accurate data entry with a focus on precision
- Organise and segment data to enhance marketing outreach
- Optimise data fields by providing recommendations for ActiveCampaign setup
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve data management processes
- Ensure data integrity and maintain confidentiality

**Qualifications**:

- **ActiveCampaign experience is ESSENTIAL**:

- Experience in fundraising will be an advantage.
- Strong data entry skills with a keen attention to detail
- Organisational and analytical abilities for effective data management
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within the team
- Must be based in Australia and available for remote work
