Data Entry Officer (Part-Time, Remote)

Our client is a customer-focused kitchen renovation company known for delivering high-quality, tailored kitchen transformations across residential projects. They are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to join their team on a part-time, remote basis and support the accuracy and organisation of their business operations 2 days a week.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Accurately entering and updating customer, supplier, and job data into the company's CRM and spreadsheets
  • Uploading and managing supplier quotes, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Supporting the scheduling of renovation projects by keeping internal trackers up to date
  • Organising and maintaining digital files and records for easy access by the broader team
  • Assisting with the preparation of basic reports and summaries as required
  • Coordinating with team members to ensure accurate handover of information
  • Supporting the business owner and admin team with general administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative support
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
  • Reliable internet connection and your own computer setup
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and solution-focused attitude

Highly Regarded (but not essential):

  • Experience in the renovation, construction, or trade industries
  • Familiarity with job management or CRM systems (e.g. Buildertrend, ServiceM8)
  • Understanding of project workflows or supplier documentation
