My client, based in Brisbane CBD specialises in supporting vulnerable Queenslanders when they need support most A people-first organisation, with strong systems and processes in place to support their growing teams.
**Your daily duties will include**:
- High-volume data entry
- Processing employee and payroll information between systems
- Checking that the data being entered makes sense and is correct
- Office-based role
- Outbound calls to collect or confirm information from time to time.
**To be successful, you will have the following skills to bring to the business**:
- Strong typing skills with high levels of accuracy
- Prior experience working with payroll, finance, and accounts information - highly regarded
- Prior experience in administration roles with a data entry focus in HR or finance - highly regarded
- Exposure to calling customers and clients to confirm information - ad hoc
- High-level attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to receive feedback
