**Your Opportunity**:
The position of Principal Project Officer - CHQ Privacy Program will:
Lead the development and implementation of CHQ HHS's privacy program, ensuring effective privacy practices, minimising risk, and safeguarding CHQ HHS information, paper and/or electronic, across all media types.
Provide strategic leadership and advice to CHQ HHS executive and staff on the planning and management of specific priority areas of privacy impacting the organisation, in accordance with Information Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2023 (IPOLA Act), Information Privacy Act 2009, Hospital and Health Boards Act 2011, Human Rights Act 2019 and other relevant Queensland Health policies and legislation.
