Our client is a global leader in sustainable consumer household products who is committed to providing customers with environmentally friendly solutions that improve their lives and protect the planet.

We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join the Australian product marketing team based in Brisbane’s north. Reporting to the APAC Managing Director and part of the management team, this role will be responsible for designing and developing exciting and innovative product campaigns, increasing brand awareness amongst team members and a wider customer base, and driving revenue growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth across the APAC region.
- Create compelling product campaigns that engage and excite our team members and customers.
- Increase brand awareness and build brand loyalty among our customers.
- Develop and implement product marketing initiatives to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products.
- Manage the marketing budget and report on the ROI of marketing campaigns.
- Lead the product marketing team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience with marketing platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Passion for sustainability and commitment to environmentally friendly products.
