**What You’ll Do**:
- Shape employee experiences by partnering with leaders and empowering them through coaching, training, and hands-on support.
- Lead performance management processes and resolve conflicts with creative problem-solving, compassion, and respect.
- Navigate employee relations and industrial relations, offering expert advice to operations leaders on complex issues.
- Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with our goals and values.
- Play a key role in our period of growth and change—your input will help shape the future of our culture and our people.

- You’re experienced in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution, with a natural talent for finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
- You excel at providing thoughtful, strategic advice to leaders and can handle challenging conversations with ease and respect.
- You’re a natural relationship builder, with strong communication skills that allow you to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
- You have a passion for helping others grow—whether through group training or one-on-one coaching, you know how to uplift and develop leaders.
- You’re adaptable, collaborative, and eager to step into a role where you can make a meaningful impact and your contribution are truly valued.
