Full time Sales Associate required for Luxury Designer Store located in Collins St, Melbourne

**Your new company**
Join a global luxury brand as one of their Sales Associates who are leaders in the footwear, accessories and leather goods industry.

**Your new role**
- Support the SM and ASM to create a fun and aspirational in store atmosphere that encourages customers to engage with the brand
- Meet and exceed all business and sales (KPI) plans in your store
- Comply with and execute in-store events, campaigns and promotion instructions such as; DMs, Thanks Letters, gifts, and etc.
- Provide an excellent Customer Service at every opportunity
- Understand product collection (specification, background, story) and inventory (know size, colour and etc. variation in your stock room)
- Understand and able to use the store systems (Point of Sales (POS), Spiral system and etc.)
- Attend in-store meetings and contribute with your objectives
- Attend staff training meetings where possible
