At D&C Corporation Pty Ltd, we're not just building structures; we're crafting dreams and reshaping skylines. We are in search of a skilled Draftsperson to help bring our architectural visions to life through precise and detailed technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to transform conceptual designs into accurate technical drawings and plans.

2. Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting software to create detailed architectural and construction drawings.

3. Produce plans, elevations, sections, and details that adhere to industry standards and regulations.

4. Assist in coordinating drawings with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless communication.

5. Review and revise drawings as needed based on feedback and project requirements.

6. Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing files and documentation.

7. Support the development team by producing accurate renderings and visualizations.

8. Contribute creative ideas to enhance design and construction efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience of [X] years as a draftsperson in the construction or architectural industry.
- Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and materials.
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
