**In this role, you'll**:
See you join the Road Safety Strategy team where you will lead, develop, implement and support customer-focused transport strategies informing Transport for NSW’s long-term multi-modal network and road safety objectives in NSW.

You will support the management and development of NSW Road Safety Action Plans and support input for National Road Safety Strategies and Action Plans to achieve road safety objectives.

You will further manage extensive consultation, research, project management and strategic oversight and undertaking ongoing modelling of road safety trauma, and work on enhancing road safety management systems.

**About you**

You will ideally have experience in large-scale projects, plans or strategies, and are able to navigate the complexities of this.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to collaborate, influence and negotiate with stakeholders.

You will also have exceptional time management, organising and prioritisation skills, and have experience in managing direct reports.
