**Your Impact**

As our Marketing Effectiveness & Analytics Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we define and measure marketing success. This is a **12-month fixed-term contract**, offering a great opportunity to lead the way in data-driven marketing effectiveness within our business. You’ll use data and analytics to unlock insights that drive strategic marketing decisions, ensuring we maximise the return on our marketing investments across paid, owned, and earned channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the delivery of Media Mix Modelling (MMM) solutions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collate, clean and upload data in collaboration with agencies and teams, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Analyse marketing performance and distil insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Guide media ROI targets and provide input on media budgets and channel selection.
- Develop and implement marketing analytics frameworks to measure the impact of campaigns and creative assets.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate trends and insights.
- Drive a test & learn culture through experimentation and optimisation strategies.
- Present insights confidently to stakeholders, using storytelling to influence decisions.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agency partners to deliver data-led insights.

**About You**:

- 3+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, with proven expertise in MMM solutions (essential).
- Strong understanding of marketing and media effectiveness principles, including campaign measurement and ROI analysis.
- Advanced Excel and Power Query skills; SQL a bonus.
- Confident in presenting insights, distilling complex data into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
- Commercial mindset, with a passion for delivering business impact through data storytelling.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and agencies in a fast-paced environment.
- FMCG, agency, or publisher experience advantageous.
- Inquisitive, detail-oriented, and eager to champion a test & learn mindset.
