**The Role**

This iconic Australian Retailer are seeking a passionate, energetic and experienced Marketing Manager who will play a vital role in driving internal alignment of the brand strategy and message - playing a key influencing role with the Product, VM and retail team in HO.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with the General Manager Marketing to develop the strategic direction of the brand which is aligned with the customer and merchandise strategy.
- Promote and maintain brand awareness nationally and in all local market, as well as Collaborating with agencies to deliver the brand strategy.
- Build the Online and Social Media Strategy as a key element of the Marketing plan.
- In conjunction with the General Manager Marketing Manager develop the Marketing plan to reflect the brand strategy and to consider both a national plan for Australia and New Zealand and a local area plan for each region.
- Optimise the quality, effectiveness and creativity of advertising and promotional
- Develop strong relationships with VM Manager and Product team, graphics, planning and other areas that influence the marketing area.
- Effective relationships built with external stakeholders.
- Management of all agencies to ensure high standard of creative work and effective use of resources available.
- Effectively manage the marketing budget ensuring that all marketing activities are completed within budget allocations.

**Key Skills**
- Minimum 5 years retail marketing experience, ideally 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Personal drive and integrity to take responsibility and deliver results.
