**About the Role**
The Membership Experience Manager is a crucial innovator at The Commons, leading the Founders Network program and member retention. They'll proactively create and implement strategies to elevate members' experiences, going beyond oversight to hands-on execution. This role pioneers change, impacting community growth and vibrancy.

As the Membership Experience Manager, you're a strategic leader who turns ideas into action. You're skilled in strategic planning, team leadership, data analysis, and event management. Your commitment to enhancing member experiences aligns with The Commons' core values.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Founders Network Development & Management**
- Design & implement the Founders Network program, creating a valuable platform.
- Organise events and workshops for Founder members.
- Foster relationships with external organisations to expand reach of Founders Program.
**Membership Experience & Retention**
- Conduct member feedback sessions for insights.
- Drive member-focused initiatives to enhance experience.
- Streamline onboarding, support, and communication with internal teams.
- Improve customer service standards with strategic solutions.
- Oversee community events for brand-aligned value delivery.
**Performance Metrics & Reporting**
- Monitor, analyse, and report on growth, retention, and satisfaction.
- Refine strategies with data-driven decisions.
- Innovate member data collection methods like surveys and interviews.
- Regularly update the Executive Team and stakeholders.
**Workplace Health and Safety**
- Ensure compliance with WHS standards.
