
Assistant Memberships Manager

**Primary Purpose of Role**
This role plays a crucial role in supporting our member journey - assisting members to build social and business connections that fuel collaboration, innovation to allow them to succeed. We have a natural sales approach which is solution focused and supports our members.
Key responsibilities include;
**Membership Sales / Administration**
- Overseeing the full sales cycle from receiving an enquiry to successfully closing deals
- Responding to membership enquiries in The Commons tone and within set timeframes
- Maintaining a strong grasp and understanding of physical spaces, value proposition and associated brands.
- Creating and continuing relationships with members, potential new members, and all internal teams.
- Conduct tours of our locations understanding our enquires needs and being able to successfully demonstrate/communicate advantages of our locations and brands.
- Assist with developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline including, but not limited to:
- Working with Enquiries to identify, develop and evaluate leads and opportunities.
- Supporting existing members and our community Teams should requirements change.
- Cultivating referrals from within our community.
- Work alongside our Membership Manager for large enquires and sales.
- Recording and tracking of all opportunities with our CRM (Salesforce).
- Ownership of sales reporting to the Memberships Manager.
- Identifying areas of improvement for our sales process and pipeline and assisting with Projects where required.
- Prepare Sales Proposals and Agreements as required.
- Coordinate the handover of new member sales to Community Teams to ensure the member experience and a walm welcome to The Commons.
- Work closely with the Memberships Manager, Enquires Teams, and Community teams in line with our Member Journey and values and mission statement.
- Develop and be a point of contact for brokers within the Victorian Market to support and drive broker leads/enquiries.
- Be the voice of the member/enquiry to articulate feedback clearly to internal teams such as Marketing, Community, and Sales.
- Supporting our Community Teams at to drive processes that improve results, and support with general sales enquires and support.
**About You**
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience working experience within Sales (commercial real estate or sales experience beneficial, not required)
- Entrepreneurial with a “growth” mindset.
- Experienced with customer acquisition.
- Highly Innovative problem solver: possessing strong interpersonal, multi-tasking.
- Team player, demonstrates highest levels of ownership and ultimately focuses on delivering results with high standards
- Ability to establish and nurture internal key relationships (e.g. Community, Enquires etc.)
- Proficiency in Salesforce a plus, not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and good follow-through
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in building strong client relationships across accounts and multiple partners, including executive-level leaders
- Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy.
