**Experience & Skills**:

- Exemplary service skills
- Strong food, wine and beverage knowledge
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Passionate about people, hospitality and experiences
- Experience working functions and events
- Prior experience in event coordination and delivery highly regarded
- Prior experience in high volume cocktail production highly regarded

**The Venue**

Housed in a heritage-listed powerhouse, Higher Ground is an all-day dining destination located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Six connected levels wrap around the perimeter of the original brick building to create a suite of intimate tiered platforms. The interior design features a rich and tactile palette, combining terrazzo, cork, steel, stone and solid timbers to define and anchor each setting.

Executive Chef Ash Hick's new all day Modern Australian dining menu has something for every occasion, and is crafted using local ingredients - served alongside an extensive beverage list offering Melbourne's very best. Experience Higher Ground from morning through to the evening, with a new snack menu available from 4pm onwards, signature cocktails, happy hour offers, DJ’s and events.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 10-30 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour
