**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Efficient Operations**: Manage inventory, ensure equipment is maintained, and minimise waste to optimise operations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Barista or Senior Barista in a high-volume, specialty coffee setting.
- Expertise in coffee beans, brewing methods, and espresso machines.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to elevate team performance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
