**About the opportunity**:
The Business Technology Solutions (BTS) team empower the business by delivering innovation, transformational projects, advanced analytics, seamless technology operations and the management of risk and compliance.

This pivotal leadership opportunity will see you bridge the gap between technology and the assigned business stream - BaptistCare at Home.

Acting as the linchpin, the BTS Business Partner will ensure cutting-edge digital solutions enhance the lives of BaptistCare at Home Clients, while maintaining operational efficiency.

Collaborating closely with key stakeholders and the wider organisation, you will identify and derive the implementation of technology initiatives, where technology can elevate, streamline processes and enhance the client experience.

**About You**:
To be considered, you will have:

- Qualifications in IT and/or Project Management related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years Corporate IT experience
- Demonstrated Business Management experience
- Experience in compiling and managing the approval of business cases
- Experience in understanding and compiling business and technology strategies and roadmaps
- Experience in use of project management methodologies such as PMP / Prince 2
- Experience in planning and delivering projects and programs from concept to closure
- Experience in managing technology projects in areas including business systems & infrastructure
- Proven high-level leadership and change management skills, with the ability to manage through influence
- Experience with managing Vendors to fulfil project requirements
- Sound knowledge around resource planning, scheduling and optimisation
- Excellent organisational skills including the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - including ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Proven ability to analyse complex problems, identify critical issues and develop strategies for delivering technology solutions
- A genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s purpose and values
- Aged & Community Care sector experience
- highly advantageous.
