G'day I'm Ben Fewtrell co-founder and director of MaxMyProfit, based in the busy hub of Bella Vista. We work with our clients in "Helping you Build the Business you Imagined". MaxMyProfit (MMP) was established in 2015 by myself and my business partner David Carlin, to provide help and support to business owners who want to grow successful and profitable businesses. David and I have worked with enough business owners to know what works and what doesn’t and our main purpose is to provide business owners with the coaching and support they need. I'm pretty much the guy who handles the sales and marketing side of the business and 6 years later the demand for what we do has never been stronger **So, right now I need an EA legend to help keep me on track and the wheels turning. **A "Donna" (or Damien) to my "Harvey"... **Who are you?** Well, firstly if people describe you as: - Articulate; - Numerate; - Good at juggling multiple priorities at the same time; - An 'Energizer Bunny'; - Self-confident but not overbearing; - Someone who enjoys meeting with lots and lots of new people over the phone; - A creative thinker; - Comfortable in taking charge of situations when needed; - Good under pressure; - Resilient; - Pro-active and keen to take the initiative; and - Good at reading both people - and the facts... And **you thrive in a sales-supporting role (with a dab of basic marketing too)...** ...we encourage you to stick your hand up. **The gig** There's a major emphasis on appointment setting and lead nurturing for me. You'll be responsible for building a pipeline of potential clients & appointment setting. Some of these potential clients may be already in the sales pipeline (follow ups) and some may not (outreach). You'll run “Triage” calls to hard qualify and “Pre-sell” the prospect before booking a consult for me. You'll help develop comprehensive SOP’s and systems for the role. I'll need you to be across all the sales admin; updating the CRM (we use Keap by Infusionsoft); occasionally building or tweaking landing pages; booking speaking gigs for me and speakers for our events, etc. There's loads of variety in the role. It's 70% focused on the sales side and 30% on marketing support. **Why would you?** We have a highly dynamic culture which celebrates success, every day.
