**Position Summary**:
Rise with us and take the lead in ensuring the smooth and seamless operation of our Lobby Lounge. You’ll bring energy, structure and connection to the guest experience while building a collaborative and service-focused team culture.
- Build strong rapport with associates and create a positive, team-oriented environment
- Support the rollout of training initiatives and foster staff engagement through ongoing development
- Have a consistent and visible presence in daily operations to maintain high service standards
- Lead the team in achieving key BSC goals and business priorities
- Review rosters and manage productivity to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Oversee the reservation system and respond to guest enquiries or complaints with professionalism and care
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with the planning and execution of promotions and events
- Step in and support operationally across different roles during peak periods
- Communicate with clarity and consistency, setting expectations and holding the team accountable
- Be a supportive and empowering leader who encourages initiative, ownership and growth

**About You**:

- Current RSA certificate
- Experience in a similar food & beverage leadership role
- Full Australian working rights
- Confident in managing people, service, and productivity in a busy venue
