**The Role**:
The Lobby Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at our client’s corporate offices by ensuring all visitors and employees are assisted in a welcoming, professional, and friendly manner.

This client-facing role provides the opportunity to combine your passion for service, brilliant people skills, and enthusiasm for creating a hospitality focused workplace environment in support of our client’s operations.

**_ A snapshot of the role:_**
- Welcome guests enthusiastically, anticipating needs while managing bookings and temporary passes
- Direct deliveries and manage storage while following protocols for media and distinguished visitors
- Monitor lobby traffic and provide support during peak periods, ensuring orderly movement
- Maintain lobby accessories (masks, umbrella stands, sanitizers) and update operational signage as needed
- Provide campus wayfinding assistance and general enquiries support for services and activities
- Upkeep reception areas to reflect brand standards while maintaining a clean, organised environment
- Create work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security concerns through designated systems
- Identify and escalate potential risks to prevent privacy breaches, security incidents, or operational disruptions

**What you will bring**

We're seeking an engaging, service oriented professional to create exceptional guest experiences in our dynamic corporate environment.
- 1-2+ years' experience in customer service, security or hospitality roles
- Genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations through personalised service
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to prioritise effectively while maintaining consistent service quality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and adaptability to various technology platforms
- Experience with guest management systems (Condeco knowledge preferred)
- Flexibility to handle shifting priorities with a positive, solution-focused attitude
