AgriProve is in the business of creating solutions to implement soil carbon sequestration projects at scale. We work with clients, partners and investors to deliver value from managing soil carbon projects, improving productivity and providing new products and services.

This is a pivotal role within the organisation responsible for product planning, development, and delivery. This includes managing products throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, and working cross functionally to deliver. It includes working across all groups to ensure commercial and customer satisfaction goals are met.

To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and creative professional with a passion for product and customer lead operating models. If you’re also confident, highly organised, and able to manage and track a large program of exciting activities we’d like to meet you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
- Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
- Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
- Experience in product lifecycle management
- Familiarity with Agile framework
- Organisational and leadership abilities
